Movement practices, designed for one
Leslie works 1:1 with clients in the Denver area, where she comes to you, as well as online from anywhere. Blending movement, breath and recovery, Leslie is your guide to finding both calm and joy in your body.
You may already know so much about your body: the lab results, the scans, the supplement list. Leslie’s work is about how your body feels to live in.
In 25 years of teaching and practice, she has developed a way of helping people sense their bodies in fine detail. Movement becomes a source of reprieve and joy — something you can trust and return to every day.
Who comes to this work
People come to Leslie for different reasons. Most recognize themselves in one of these.
Your calendar runs your day.
You make decisions from morning to night, and you would like one hour where someone else does the thinking. Leslie arrives with the plan, adjusts it to the day you've had, and leaves you clear, loose and steady.
You are beginning, or beginning again.
It has been years, or it has been never, and a gym is a hard place to be new. Leslie starts gently, in the privacy of your home, and builds at your pace until moving feels good and familiar.
You already do a great deal for your health.
Specialists, protocols, appointments. You would like an hour or two per week where nothing is measured and nothing needs fixing, and your body simply gets to feel good.
What the work is
Depending on what you need, sessions draw on:
Mobility and yoga, taught with a dancer's precision
Self-myofascial release, using simple tools to ease tight muscles
Breathwork and meditation to balance the nervous system
Expressive, music-led movement, when it suits you
Guided sauna and cold plunge sessions, with your physician's clearance
Leslie calls her approach sensation science: learning to notice, in fine detail, what your body is telling you.
Practices are simple and powerful — and built to fit seamlessly in your day.
How it begins
A private conversation. A short call about what you're looking for and whether the work suits you.
A first session, at home or online. Leslie learns your movement history, your goals and any guidance from your physician, and you experience the work for yourself.
A practice designed for you. Leslie proposes a rhythm of sessions that fits your body and your calendar.

In a client’s words
“Thanks for always reminding me that movement is medicine. I didn't realize that you would, in fact, help me grow through all levels in life.”
