What a session can include
No two clients have the same practice. Leslie draws on five areas of training and customizes them to the person in front of her.
Mobility and yoga. Clear, precise instruction from a classically trained dancer. No experience or flexibility needed.
Self-myofascial release. Leslie teaches you to ease tight muscles yourself with foam rollers and massage balls, a skill you keep.
Breathwork and meditation. Slow, guided breathing and stillness that help you settle and balance the nervous system.
Expressive movement. Music-led movement drawn from Leslie's dance and Nia training, for clients who enjoy it.
Guided sauna and cold plunge. If you have both at home (or at your gym) and your physician has cleared you to use them, Leslie guides the session with breath and attention.
Become a sensation scientist in your own body.
Leslie's signature skill is teaching people to sense their own bodies. She spent years cueing students to feel a hip, a shoulder, the length of the spine, and came to call herself a sensation scientist.
In private work, that attention is yours alone. You learn to notice what feels tight, what feels open and what feels good, and to use that information between sessions.
Every practice is individual. Leslie’s work is designed to unfold in this order and is customized for your fitness level, energy and goals.
-
You learn to read your body's signals, starting with breath and simple awareness.
-
You connect breath to physical sensation and learn ways to release tension, including gentle shaking.
-
You explore movement that feels good, from precise mobility work to free, music-led movement.text goes here
-
A morning check-in, a few stretches at your desk, a calmer transition from one thing to the next.
-
After each session, you leave with a short practice you can sustain and adapt, at home or on the road.
How an engagement takes shape
Some clients want a structured plan and a standing hour held like any other appointment or meeting. Some want an unhurried session with nothing to track. Some are starting from the very beginning. Leslie shapes the work to suit each person.
What the work is designed to give you
More ease and range in how you move
A dependable way to settle during your day — or after a workout
A short practice of your own that travels with you
A clearer sense of what your body is telling you
Movement you look forward to
What to Expect
Where: In person at your home or office in the Denver area, or online by video from anywhere, including when/if you travel.
Rhythm: One or two sessions a week, 45 to 75 minutes each.
Package Length: An initial six to twelve weeks, then ongoing if you wish.

For your care team: On request, a brief written summary you can share with your physician or trainer.
Alongside your medical care
Leslie's work sits alongside your medical care. She does not diagnose or treat conditions, and she works within whatever your physician has cleared. With your permission, she is glad to share a summary of your practice with your care team.
If you already work with a strength trainer, the two fit together well. Your trainer builds strength, and Leslie covers mobility, recovery and the ability to come down afterward.
Investment
Each engagement is designed individually. Leslie shares the details of investment during your first conversation.
